Having a good CRM is critical to the success of any business. But just as important is the person who manages and maintains the CRM. Business models mature and change, technology changes, and there are many internal and external factors that that affect the life-cycle of a CRM. We have been very fortunate to have had David Roth at the helm of our CRM needs. David originally built and maintained our custom FileMaker CRM when we were part of a much larger publishing company. Today, while we still use the CRM he originally developed it has, as our business changed, taken in several incarnations. Through the years David has been our go-to person. He is responsive in making updates and support during upgrades. His advice and guidance has always been spot-on. Over the years I have worked with many database support people, David is a rare breed. His responsiveness, knowledge and willingness to do the extra mile sets him apart. We are truly grateful to have on our team and that he has stayed with us for all these years.
